The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of 6 to 8 sales reps. This is a people-first leadership role: you’ll coach and develop your team, hold them accountable to clear numbers, and build the pipeline discipline that turns activity into revenue. You are responsible for driving aggressive, profitable, and culturally aligned growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 to 8 reps at mixed experience levels
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to activity and results
- Build and enforce pipeline discipline of forecasting, follow-up, and CRM hygiene
- Partner with leadership on strategy, targets, and growth
- Remove obstacles so your reps can sell
