Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

US Fleet Source is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Operations & Logistics team. This role is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and verifying operational data across multiple systems while supporting the Data Analysts with reporting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and enjoys working with data in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.

· Verify data for completeness and resolve discrepancies before processing.

· Maintain and organize spreadsheets, reports, and SharePoint files.

· Assist the Data Analyst team with routine reporting and administrative tasks.

· Process incoming requests and update records in a timely manner.

· Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

· Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing or corrected information.

· Organize electronic files and documentation.

· Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, IF statements, conditional formatting and basic formulas).

· Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
