We're seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our U.S. operations team — people who take pride in their work and enjoy learning new skills along the way.
What You'll do
This individual will touch on all aspects of the business, including logistics, merchandising, eCommerce, customer service, marketing, quality control, finance, and production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and records while managing storage and supply efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Handle product returns, shortages, and shipping issues calmly and effectively — finding solutions and preventing repeat problems.
- Technology & Systems: Use logistics and eCommerce software to improve workflow and tracking.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with team members across departments to keep operations running smoothly.
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers, process orders and quotes, follow up on leads, and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.
- Cost & Time Efficiency: Help deliver goods on time and within budget, optimizing resources wherever possible.
- Cross-Functional Support: Contribute to projects in marketing, production, and quality control as needed.

Computer Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office software
- Familiarity with web-based tools and platforms is a plus
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 30 pounds
- Standing and walking for 6–8 hours per shift
- Regular bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Use of tools and equipment such as box cutters and pallet jacks
