Help shape the visual future of Onelife Fitness.
We're looking for a Senior Art Director who is passionate about great design, strong brand storytelling, and creating marketing that inspires people to live stronger, healthier lives. In this role, you will help lead the visual execution of the Onelife brand across advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social media, email, and in-club experiences.
Working closely with the Executive Creative Director, copywriters, and marketing team, you'll play a key role in translating brand strategy into compelling creative that connects with members and drives growth. This is an opportunity for a senior-level creative who enjoys both big-picture campaign thinking and hands-on design execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead the visual development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Concept and execute high-quality creative across digital marketing, social media, email, paid media, and in-club experiences
- Partner closely with marketing colleagues to develop integrated campaign ideas
- Maintain and elevate Onelife's visual standards across all marketing touchpoints
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Create polished, production-ready files for digital, print, and environmental applications
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and freelance partners when needed
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Onelife brand's visual identity
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of experience in design, advertising, or brand marketing
- A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, conceptual creativity, and high-quality visual craft
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working within both agency and in-house creative environments
- Proven experience developing creative for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and environmental channels
- Ability to balance strong creative thinking with speed and execution in a fast-paced marketing environment
- A self-starter with a strong bias toward initiative-someone who actively identifies opportunities to elevate the brand and improve the work
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with marketing, social, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, production-ready work
- Experience contributing to or helping maintain brand standards, design systems, and visual consistency across multiple channels
- Proven ability to guide and mentor more junior designers, providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and support to help grow their design thinking, technical skills, and familiarity with emerging creative tools and technologies
- Ability to influence creative direction while remaining hands-on in the design process
- Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, and external creative partners is a plus
- A passion for fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is a plus
