We're looking for outgoing, energetic team planers to welcome members, answer questions, and deliver the ultimate fitness experience. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll set the tone for every visit - creating a friendly, professional, and motivating environment from the moment someone walks in.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and check in members, guests, and visitors.
- Handle calls, questions, and transactions with a smile.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
- Support club programs and member engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills.
- Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Interest in building a career in fitness-future opportunities as a Personal Trainer, Membership Manager, and more.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
