Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Cryo Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Henderson, Nevada.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with one Sunday per month for 1-2 hours

In this role, the Cryo Logistics Coordinator will:
- Manage logistics for specimen transports from inquiry through transport completion
- Handle cryogenic specimens between storage and shipment tanks
- Prepare and maintain transportation and laboratory equipment
- Triage and assign caseloads to self and support staff
- Respond to patient inquiries
- Answer questions regarding cryogenic storage, pricing, and transportation
- Assist with patient document needs
- Communicate with outside vendors
- Perform all other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Biology preferred
- Medical, laboratory, and/or fertility experience preferred
- Experience working with inventory
- Interpersonal communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and within deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
