Carolina Eyecare Physicians is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our vertically integrated provider team and support staff in Mount Pleasant. J oin our expanding team of 14 ophthalmologists and 14 optometrists providing comprehensive eye care throughout our network of clinics and our wholly owned ophthalmic surgery

Position Highlights
- Join a fast-paced, high-volume optometric practice
- Busy ODs typically see 25–30 patients per day
- Fully dedicated team of work-up technicians and diagnostic support
- Collaborative environment with access to ophthalmology and subspecialty care
- Highly incentivized compensation plan, with mature practices yielding $200,000 in compensation
- Competitive guaranteed base salary during the initial period
- Sign-on bonus available
- 4 weeks of vacation, 7 paid holidays, and 5 paid Continuing Education days
- Minimal call responsibilities
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school or college of optometry
- Eligible for or currently holds a South Carolina optometry license
- Board certification preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
