Join our expanding team of 5 ophthalmologists and 17 optometrists providing care at our 10 clinics and our AAAHC certified ophthalmic surgery center. For over 30 years, Center For Sight has led the development of the vertically integrated OD & MD eye care model that is now the standard of care in the United States.

ELITE COMPENSATION & WEALTH BUILDING
- GUARANTEED BASE SALARY: $750,000 base salary for the first two years, plus a highly lucrative performance incentive of 35% of all receipts exceeding $2.142 million.
- UNCAPPED EARNING TRAJECTORY: After first 2 years, production formula only with potential to exceed $1,000,000 in compensation.
- PARTNERSHIP & EQUITY: Equity opportunity in both ASC and practice.
- EXECUTIVE SIGN-ON BONUS: $100k sign on bonus available immediately upon signing.
