ELITE COMPENSATION & WEALTH BUILDING
- GUARANTEED (YEARS 1 & 2): $450,000 Annual Base Salary, plus a highly lucrative performance incentive of 35% of all receipts exceeding $1.286 million.
- UNCAPPED LONG-TERM EARNINGS (YEAR 3 ): Transition to a straightforward, highly competitive production formula of 35% of net collections. Enjoy an uncapped earning trajectory with demonstrated potential to exceed $1,000,000 annually.
- EXECUTIVE SIGN-ON BONUS: $50,000 available immediately upon signing (subject to a standard one-year retention agreement).
