Full-Time Booking Agent (In-Office)
Renton, WA
Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Base Salary starting at $3,500/month Monthly Commissions

US Event Management is looking for a motivated, high-energy Booking Agent to join our Vancouver office. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy coordinating moving pieces, and love working with people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage events, demos, and promotions
- Recruit and onboard Brand Ambassadors
- Provide real-time support and solve issues on the fly
- Fill last-minute shifts and ensure seamless event coverage
- Communicate expectations, feedback, and updates clearly
- Support staff performance and uphold company standards
- Collaborate with leadership to execute successful campaigns
Qualifications
- 1 year of booking, scheduling, or event coordination experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Marketing or promotional experience (a plus)
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Bartending experience preferred
