We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our parts department and warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient shipping and receiving, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment.
Job Title: Parts and Warehouse supervisor
Location: Lemont, IL (on-site)
Pay: $22.00-25.00
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise the shipping and receiving team, setting the pace and expectations for daily operations
· Oversee all warehouse activities, including inventory control, parts staging, and order fulfillment
· Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout the warehouse
· Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely processing
· Maintain stock levels, track parts usage, and support purchasing needs
· Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure parts are available as needed
· Monitor performance and support training for warehouse and shipping/receiving staff
Required Experience:
· Previous experience in shipping and receiving
· Strong warehouse operations background
· Parts department experience preferred (heavy equipment or similar industry a plus)
· Proven ability to lead a team and manage workflow
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
