24 hours per week.
Administrative Assistant for HR function. Inputs training data into database on a daily basis. Works from standard documents, coding data from instructions. Communicates problems and missing information to others. Performs repetitive and routine tasks following detailed instructions.
Daily data input of training sheets. Assists with suggestions, recognition, and All In cards.
Assist in the assembly of training packets for various training programs
Assemble new hire training packets and guidebooks.
Perform administrative duties (employee mailboxes, copies, faxes, filing, memos, etc.)
Follow the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System guidelines on a daily basis.
Assist with the Training Records System.
Salary : $46,000 - $52,000
