USESI is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Wire Room Associate for our Cranbury, New Jersey location.

Hours: 10AM-630PM
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, coil, and respool wire to customer specifications while adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Accurately identify, measure, and fulfill wire orders, ensuring correct product selection and quantity.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, RF devices, and coil/reel machines in compliance with all safety and manufacturer guidelines.
- Bring down reels from racks, hang wire, stage reels, and run reels to dock doors to support outbound workflow.
- Perform putaway of reels and maintain accurate inventory movement using RF and warehouse management systems.
- Verify, label, and store processed materials in designated locations to ensure an organized and accessible work environment.
- Submit maintenance requests for wire-cutting tools and equipment as needed.
- Validate picked orders, escalate discrepancies, and support operational accuracy.
- Maintain general housekeeping standards and provide cross-functional support as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating reach trucks and forklifts required.
- RF scanner proficiency and strong understanding of warehouse workflow preferred.
- Familiarity with wire products and wire room operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and reading skills; ability to identify products by size, style, color, and Lot number.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and utilize basic computer systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commitment to learning and supporting a collaborative work culture.
