Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Journeyman Electrician located in Mullica Hill, NJ. The Journeyman Electrician will perform daily electrical tasks, including installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components. Responsibilities also involve reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring safety standards are maintained, troubleshooting electrical issues, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in electrical systems installation, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues
- Knowledge of safety protocols, codes, and regulations related to electrical systems
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Active Journeyman Electrician license required; Master Electrician certification is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training or apprenticeship preferred
- Experience in retail, commercial, or residential electrical projects is an advantage
