Driving Instructor

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Driving Instructor to teach and guide students in the art of safe and responsible driving. As a key member of our driving school, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and education to students of all ages and skill levels. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about teaching and enjoy the thrill of driving.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct driving lessons and provide personalized instruction to students
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and curricula
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
- Stay up-to-date with all relevant traffic laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and improve instructional methods
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest teaching methods and technologies
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and performance
- Manage classroom instruction and ensure students are engaged and motivated
- Educate students on defensive driving techniques, road signs, and traffic laws
- Help students develop good driving habits and attitudes

Skills:

- Proven experience working with students of all ages and skill levels
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with students and parents/guardians
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Experience in adult education or teaching
- Ability to adapt to new teaching methods and technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a classroom and ensure students are engaged and motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Work Location: On the road
