You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL AIR STATION.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Presenting and justifying a budget, budget adjustments, reprogramming, and resolution of budget problems to Public Works Department (PWD) leadership and Business Line and Product Line coordinators; 2) Identifying, analyzing, and/or resolving a range of budgetary problems, including developing alternative methods of funding and substantial programming; 3) Using MS Products and other automated data software to create correspondence, charts, spreadsheets and related documentation in the performance of duties as a program analyst; 5) Reading and interpreting regulations, rules and guidance as they apply to management and use of government funds.
