What are the responsibilities and job description for the FUELS SPECIALIST position at US Department of the Navy?

Qualifications:Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing incoming correspondence, directives and/or messages by researching, validating, preparing, answering data calls and replying with correspondence and reports. 2) Assisting in preparing annual budget request for operations budget. 3) Ensuring operations, facilities and plans comply with federal, state and local environmental protection laws. 4) Analyzing and identifying needed changes to the fuel service contract specifications. 5) Screening reports, training records and/or other forms used by the contractor to document actions concerning performance of the fuel service contract.

master's or equivalent graduate degree
Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
