The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Requirements Planner and Cyberspace Operations (CO) Planner, Plans Division of the Cyber Operations - Integrated Planning Element (CO-IPE).
**Salary ranges include local market supplements.**Qualifications:This is a GG-14 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-14 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Senior" work level and are equivalent to those at the GG-14 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, for the GG-2210, Information Technology (IT) Management Series (Alternative A).
BASIC REQUIREMENT OR INDIVIDUAL OCCUPATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

- Extensive knowledge of DoD Cyberspace mission, authorities, and capabilities; equivalent information regarding the roles and responsibilities of non-DoD cyberspace program partners.
- Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures. Knowledge of security practices for ensuring the safeguarding of classified information.
- Skill in applying the principles, concepts, and theories of CO, and the standard practices, methods, and tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs) of the occupation sufficient to perform difficult and complex, but well-precedent assignments.
- Skill in analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, and measurement of data to plan, schedule, and conduct projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations to include adapting or developing new or modified methods.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Position is designated special-sensitive, and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). A non-disclosure agreement must be signed. The employee may be subject to polygraph testing as an inherent primary requirement of their position.
- Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
