THIS IS A NORTH DAKOTA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This ND National Guard position is for a INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1647P01 and is part of the ND 119 Intelligence Support Squadron, National Guard.Qualifications:PCS STATEMENT: PERMANENT CHANGE OF STATION COSTS WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THIS POSITION.
NDNG Areas of Considerations (T32 Excepted Service)-- this vacancy is open to Area III.
Area I: All onboard Air Federal Employees (Tenure 1 & 2)
Area II: All onboard Air Federal Employee (Tenure 3)
Area III: All ND Air National Guard military members
Area IV: All Military Members
Area V: All U.S. Citizens
MAX MILITARY GRADES: O4
COMPATIBILE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: 14NX
AFSC is not a disqualifying factor of eligibility, however, selected applicant must obtain the compatible AFSC.
QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE
Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience and/or training must show possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have the experience, education, or training which demonstrates administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evaluate and organize pertinent facts to prepare clear and concise written reports.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant mustpossess at least one year of specialized experience at the GS 11 grade level or civilian equivalent which includes: 1) Developing and recommending policy; 2) Evaluating intelligence programs to make recommended changes in methods of intelligence operations; 3) Experience collecting, evaluating, and organizing facts to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports; 4) Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required dealing with others efficiently and effectively.Education:To receive credit for education, you must provide a copy of transcripts as proof that you meet the education requirements for this position.Employment Type: OTHER
