This position is located in the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer.
- Supporting the implementation and day-to-day operations of HR automated systems within a human resources environment; AND
- Utilizing a comprehensive knowledge of HR transactions to evaluate system optimizations and automate manual personnel workflow; AND
- Conducting analyses of federal and departmental requirements to determine how they affect existing HR business processes and data integrity; AND
- Providing recommendations on the capabilities of Human Resources Information System platforms and development tools to present technical findings to management regarding system enhancements and process improvements; AND
- Executing HR system developments and data analytics, such as Power BI and automated reporting tools, to translate personnel metrics into accessible information for department-wide use or operational requirements.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
