Role Description
This is a contract-based, hybrid role for an Equipment Service Technician. The Equipment Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on dental equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning effectively. The role also involves providing field service support and excellent customer service to resolve inquiries or equipment challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- CAD/CAM Experience is a plus
- Dental Industry knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair for technical equipment
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues
- Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site support
- Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and communicate professionally with clients
- Background in dental equipment maintenance is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for service calls as required
- Technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to work independently and efficiently
