POSITION SUMMARY
Client Services Representatives at RAS LaVrar work closely with Legal Assistants to prepare deliverables, field questions, and communicate responses to and from the firm’s clients. Individuals working in this position do some investigative work, but primarily compile and synthesize findings prepared by colleagues into deliverables for the firm’s clients. Client Services Representatives are not expected to draft pleadings.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The following responsibilities are central to the role:
- Prepare deliverables
- Work with colleagues to assemble data and commentary requested by clients
- Ensure assembled data and commentary accurately addresses clients’ requests
- Synthesize data and commentary into responses for the firm’s clients
- Communicate with clients
- Navigate a network of channels through which the firm communicates with clients
- Closely monitor inbound communication from the firm’s clients to ensure it is answered promptly
- Relay inquiries from the firm to its clients and follow up for responses
- Represent the firm in a professional manner
