Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restoration Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing restoration projects, preparing accurate estimates, and supporting project execution.

The Restoration Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure precise cost assessments and successful project outcomes.
Duties
- Prepare detailed restoration estimates using Xactimate software or other estimating softwar
- Conduct site visits to assess damage scope and gather necessary information for estimates.
- Negotiate with vendors and insurance establish fair pricing and contract terms.
- Develop comprehensive proposals that include scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain close communication and timely follow-up with insurance adjusters throughout the project to ensure smooth processing and collection of final payment from the client or insurance company.
- Assist in contract review and management, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics.
- Support project management in tracking progress, change orders, and documentation related to restoration projects.

Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably within restoration or related fields.
- Proficiency Xactimate software
- Strong knowledge of Restoration /construction processes
- Experience with negotiation strategies for pricing and contracts in the Restoration /construction industry.
- Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents accurately is Plus
- Prior experience working on Restoration / construction sites or managing restoration projects is a plus.
- Knowledge about encircle or Matterport is Plus
- Knowledg about Docusketch is Plus

Pay: $66,406.51 - $79,973.42 per year
