What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator - Plasma Table position at US Conveyor Technologies?
US Conveyor Technologies is looking for a Plasma Table Operator in Mackinaw, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all duties required to properly utilize our newly installed 8' x 20' (cutting area) HD Plasma table.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize table software to nest parts and efficiently utilize steel plate with minimal waste.
- Program and operate CNC plasma cutting table.
- Locate and deliver material using a forklift.
- Load burn table using overhead crane and/or forklift.
- Measure and inspect material before and after cutting to ensure quality compliance.
- Remove and locate drop material into proper locations, as well as the cutting and proper disposal of scrap.
- Mark material with proper work order numbers and accurately complete paperwork/reports.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, proper use, and care of burn table and related equipment.
- Perform other tasks and assist other departments throughout facility as assigned by a supervisor, lead person or management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years' burn table or CNC experience preferred.
- Previous experience with Nesting software is preferred.
- Ability to safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Mechanically inclined and detail oriented.
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
