What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Assistant Office Manager position at US COIN DEPOT?

We are interested in hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a long term position. Our ideal candidate is trustworthy, has an aptitude for business, and is detail oriented.

As the Company's Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions and follow established protocols and procedures.

*** KNOWLEGABLE IN QUICKBOOKS IS A MUST ***

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Records and Information
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable
  • Record Transactions / Reconciliation in QuickBooks
  • Generate Invoices
  • Bank Deposits / Wire Transfers
  • Process Credit Card Transactions / Disputes
  • Process Payroll / Track Commission Payments
  • Provide Administrative Assistance to Management
  • Perform other Office Tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail etc.)
  • Organize & File Paperwork

  • MS Office
  • QuickBooks
  • Excel Proficient
  • 2 Year College Degree
  • Ability to Speak with Clients
  • Strong Values and High Ethics
  • Ability to Prioritize and Multi-Task
  • Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Attention to Detail and Good Judgment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Organizational skills: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Accounts receivable: 3 years (Preferred)
