We are interested in hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a long term position. Our ideal candidate is trustworthy, has an aptitude for business, and is detail oriented.
As the Company's Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions and follow established protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Records and Information
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Record Transactions / Reconciliation in QuickBooks
- Generate Invoices
- Bank Deposits / Wire Transfers
- Process Credit Card Transactions / Disputes
- Process Payroll / Track Commission Payments
- Provide Administrative Assistance to Management
- Perform other Office Tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail etc.)
- Organize & File Paperwork
Qualifications:
- MS Office
- QuickBooks
- Excel Proficient
- 2 Year College Degree
- Ability to Speak with Clients
- Strong Values and High Ethics
- Ability to Prioritize and Multi-Task
- Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
- Attention to Detail and Good Judgment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
