Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Sales Specialist will be tasked with managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include handling sales calls, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for training clients on service usage and assisting in sales management efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
