US CAPITAL ADVISORS LLC is SEEKING a Jr. Mortgage Loan Processor to join our Mortgage Company. We are a fast growing, Private lending company focus on business purpose loans for investors looking to Purchase or Refinance Residential Real Estate in the United States ! We are looking for another driven and purposeful individual to join our team!
The primary function of the Jr. Loan Processor is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans.
- Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing
- Input proper loan information into the system for processing
- Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete and accurately verified and complies with company policy
- Verify loan documents including but not limited to income, credit, appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submission to underwriting
- Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested
- Meet crucial deadlines
- Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent loan processing experience with Business purpose loans such as DSCR, Fix and Flip/Bridge Ground-UP etc.
- loan experience is preferred
- Strong mathematical, verbal & written communications skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be a self-starter while demonstrating great organizational and customer service skills
- THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OUR OFFICE IN BROOKLYN
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
