What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clean-up Technician-Laborer position at US Brick?
At US Brick, we are looking for a team member who has a roll up the sleeves and get it done in a safe, efficient, and thoughtful manner work ethic.
US Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as a Clean Up Technician. This role will report directly to the Production Manager.
What you will be doing:
- Able to work three 12-hour days plus one 6-hour day weekly with rotating weekends and occasional OT.
- This position is not Custodial/Janitorial.
- Dirt Shoveler
- Required to keep plant areas clean
- Understanding of on plant equipment
- Clean up and continuous improvement activities (ex: paint, remove debris, etc.)
- Follow all safety, quality, production, environmental policy, and procedures
- Be a good team member, assisting others as needed in a helpful way
- Contribute to team effort by performing other assigned duties as needed
