Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and product leaders, the Product Designer will help shape and improve the end-to-end commercial lending experience by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver scalable business solutions.

This role is best suited for individuals with strengths in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Workflow Design. This position requires strong collaboration skills, curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex business processes spanning multiple applications and stakeholder groups. The role will also help support strategic efforts to improve connectivity, automation, and integration between lending and credit-related platforms.

Gather and document business requirements while serving as a liaison between business partners and technology teams.

Collaborate with Moody's and nCino partners to support platform enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution activities.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing activities, and release readiness efforts.

Assist product leadership with roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness activities.

Contribute to cross-platform solutions that improve data flow, process integration, and operational effectiveness between CreditLens and nCino.

Document business processes, workflows, and solution designs to support ongoing product maturity and knowledge sharing.

Build strong relationships across the SCS CoE and serve as a trusted partner for stakeholders involved in lending and credit-related processes.

Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

Stay informed on industry trends, commercial lending technology, and product management best practices to drive continuous improvement.
