Position Overview
Trophy Deals is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our fast-paced awards manufacturing and sales team. This role requires a highly organized, motivated professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts, quotes, and orders simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
This position plays a critical role in supporting customers ordering custom awards including rings, medals, trophies, plaques, and promotional items for sports leagues, tournaments, schools, and organizations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and text communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product options, artwork, and order status
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate award products for their events
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Sales & Account Management
- Generate and manage sales quotes and orders
- Proactively reach out to previous customers and new prospects
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products
- Meet or exceed individual sales and outreach targets
- Track customer interactions and sales activity within internal dashboards and systems
Order Coordination
- Work closely with graphics and production teams to ensure artwork approvals and order accuracy
- Ensure all orders include complete information, correct artwork, and accurate pricing
- Monitor orders through the production process to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate production timelines and shipping expectations with customers
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotes, and orders
- Update internal sales dashboards and tracking systems daily
- Assist with marketing outreach including email campaigns and prospecting
- Follow company procedures for order processing and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customers, quotes, and orders simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
- Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and order management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in awards, promotional products, sports leagues, or manufacturing
- Inside sales or account management experience
- Familiarity with custom product ordering and artwork approval processes
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
