Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theoretical and evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.
- Competence in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standard clinical and diagnostic assessments.
- Experience working in Mental Health settings, providing crisis intervention, risk assessment, and ongoing treatment for diverse clinical presentations.
- Ability to provide Clinical Supervision to trainees or junior clinicians, including feedback, mentoring, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in a U.S. state; eligibility for licensure in Nevada if not already licensed there.
- Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program; completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited internship preferred.
- Knowledge of military or public-sector healthcare environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.
