What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisory Supply Specialist NF-04 position at US Army Installation Management Command?
Duties
- Provides supervisory oversight to the directorate Supply Technicians. Accountable Officer for NAF property including fixed assets, buildings, NAF vehicles, expendable property, equipment and supplies.
- Ensures all program managers are certifying their property hand receipts annually. Operates a DFMWR central warehouse within regulatory policies and standard operating procedures.
- Warehousing duties involve the responsibility for establishing standard procedures, implementation of regulatory policies and operating central warehouse facility for NAF and APF supplies and equipment
- Serves as Directorate liaison to DPW for work order support, and assists with Directorate safety compliance. Manages the periodic NAF excess property sales.
- Serves as the Facilities Management representative for DFMWR. Performs the full range of supervisory personnel management duties for lower graded employees. Performs other duties as assigned.

- A one year probationary period may be required for this position.
- Fork lift license must be obtained in the first two weeks on the job if not already held.
- Collateral safety officer training must be completed within one month on the job if not already held.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks (dollies) and personally lift 40 pounds safely.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability and experience/ education to perform the level of the duties to be performed.
Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred:
1. Must possess at least five years of supervisory experience.
2. Must possess at least three years Army NAF Supply experience over more than one program.
3. Must possess experience using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to generate reports and presentation ready dashboards.

- Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
