POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager – ERP Applications with Workday experience to drive the evolution, optimization, and innovation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions across our organization. In this role, you will act as the strategic leader for Workday and other corporate applications, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and executive leadership to ensure that our ERP systems align with business objectives, drive efficiency, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Job Highlights

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Defines and drives the ERP product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday and other enterprise applications, guiding stakeholders on best practices and capabilities.
- Leads efforts to continuously improve ERP processes, user experience, and system capabilities.
Workday & Corporate Applications Management
- Oversees Workday enhancements, including system configurations, business process optimizations, and module expansions.
- Manages release cycles, regression testing, and roadmap execution for Workday and other ERP solutions.
- Drives automation initiatives to streamline business processes and reduce manual efforts.
- Partners with IT and business units to ensure seamless system integration across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, to gather business requirements and translate them into product solutions.
- Serves as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring system capabilities align with evolving business needs.
- Communicates effectively with executive leadership, providing insights into ERP system performance, capabilities, and future enhancements.
- Ensures prompt and accurate operational support with consistent documentation and change management.
Integration & Data Management
- Defines integration strategies between Workday and other corporate applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Oversees API development, Workday Studio, EIBs, and middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Cloud Connect).
- Ensures data integrity, governance, and compliance across all ERP platforms.
Performance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Monitors ERP system performance, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Ensures compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and corporate governance guidelines.
- Leads system audits, risk assessments, and data privacy initiatives.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Workday Certification in at least one core module (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Security, or Integrations) is highly preferred.
- 5 years of Workday experience in a product management or system ownership role.
- 10 years of experience in enterprise applications and ERP systems management.
- Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Deep expertise in Workday ERP, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Security configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIBs, PECI, Workday Extend, and BIRT reporting.
- Experience working with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workday Cloud Connect.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead large-scale ERP implementations and optimizations.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security models related to ERP systems.
