US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our collaborative and supportive care team at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach.
This W2 position offers an exceptional work–life balance with no call and no weekends, allowing you to enjoy a rewarding career while living in one of Florida’s most sought-after coastal communities.
You’ll work alongside a collegial team of 5 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs, providing anesthesia services at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach and Advanced Heart Vascular Surgery Center at Daytona.
Position Highlights
- Team Structure: 5 Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs, with continued growth as our hospital partners expand
- Flexible full-time schedules with an option of 8s, 10s, 12s
- No call and no weekends required
- Case Mix: General, Ortho, Vascular, Urology, GI, Oncology, Plastics

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $200,000, commensurate with experience
- Up to $100,00 sign-on bonus
- $3,333 monthly student stipend available
- 7 weeks of paid time off plus 6 paid holidays
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) matching starting on day one
- Annual CME allowance
- Relocation assistance: Up to $2,500

Qualifications
• All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.
• CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
