What We Offer 

Compensation & Benefits 

• • • Competitive base compensation: $235k - $270k 
    • Working 6-8 weekends per year with a minimum of $21k added to your compensation annually

• • • $45k sign-on bonus and future retention incentive packages available

Qualifications

Required: 

• • • Current certification as a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) 

• • • Eligibility for Nevada licensure 

• • • Must meet hospital credentialing requirements 

Preferred: 

• • • Clinical experience providing direct patient care 

• • • Demonstrated knowledge, competence, and experience across multiple specialties 

• • • Interest in practice leadership and development
