1-Year Partner Track positions:
- $475k total Annual Salary with income growth potential >$550k upon transitioning to a full-time Partner
- 100% Pediatrics or Peds / Adult General Hybrid options are available
- $75k Sign-On Bonus or $112,500 in the form of a Student Loan Repayment program
- Stipend options for Resident and Fellow Physicians
- Health and malpractice insurance, 401k with employer match and up to 8 weeks of paid vacation
- Call Options include General Peds, General Adult and OB
- No Level 1 Trauma!
- Predominantly Physician only practice with the opportunity to supervise care teams for General adult cases

Qualifications
- All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
