What this job involves

Responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed by the clients and in accordance with the standards and procedures of Jones Lang LaSalle. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage through stressful situations, consistently make effective, high quality decisions and must develop and effectively manage client relationships.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural and life safety

• Develop and maintain positive client relationship

• Conflict resolution and solution analysis; identify or partner with other internal areas to deliver more specialized services to client

• Provide contract compliance management and quality control

• Responsible for overseeing the JLL Engineering and Compliance program

• Preparation of detailed budgets for operations

• Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• 5 – 6 years relevant experience with strong - advanced technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical HVAC, etc.

• MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency

• Managerial experience required with proven budget and personnel responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases

• Excellent communication, written, verbal and presentation
