As part of the MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) team Move Technician will assist in completing tasks associated with internal and external employee, and equipment, moves.

What your day-to-day will look like

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Assembly and disassembly of systems furniture, packing, moving boxes, crates and contents as well as equipment and furniture

• Other tasks as assigned by management

• Handyman and General Contractor work, that varies day-to-day to support the client

• Build and maintain positive client relationships in this highly customer-facing role

• Manage your workload effectively and adjust priorities as business needs change

• Maintain open, proactive communication with clients and team members

Required qualifications

• Demonstrate basic power tool skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

• Self-starter and ability to work alone or as part of a team

• Very customer facing role so building positive client relationships is a must

• Ability to manage workload and adjust priorities as necessary

• Open communications with the client and team as well

• First shift position with overtime as needed with notice

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to perform physical work while standing for extended periods and drive to nearby sites in the Lehigh Valley using company vehicles
