Marketing Specialist (Part‑Time)
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to support marketing execution for a growing farmland investment firm. This part‑time role may be remote or in‑person and supports client engagement from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing communication.
This role works closely with leadership, business development, and a third‑party marketing partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM data, workflows, and reporting for investors, producers, and deal sources
- Support content creation for emails, website, social media, and marketing materials
- Assist with client onboarding communications and lead follow‑up
- Coordinate marketing materials and logistics for conferences and industry events
- Help maintain a seasonal marketing calendar aligned with agricultural cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. preferred)
- Familiarity with agriculture or agribusiness is a plus
- Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
