About USACS

We are seeking an EMS Physician (EMS fellowship-trained preferred) for a unique EMS Medical Director opportunity. This position will include involvement in system initiatives and expanding local EMS coverage. There are also opportunities for local EMS education and regional EMS involvement.

Salary

• Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of up to $250/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits including: $75,000 of Equity Ownership given to all full-time Physicians after 2 years of employment, up to $35,000/year from our 10% company-funded 401(k), $4,000/year of tax-free BEA/CME ($6,500 plus State and DEA license fees in year one for new graduates), 100% Paid Parental leave, 100% Paid Military leave, Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision/Rx coverage, Short- and Long-term disability (own occupation) and Medical Malpractice with tail and free litigation support.
