Duties:
- Develop an understanding of document creation and management workflows across the business professional segment.
- Manage offer creation process including partnering with pricing ops and other cross-functional teams. Create business requirements documents. Support offer definition and strategy, and define pricing strategies.
- Go-To-Market Support: Contribute to launch planning and execution for new offers and features, or new pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with all marketing and GTM functions to define and implement growth plans and campaigns.
- Craft compelling value propositions and product narratives for Acrobat offers and ensure that messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonates across business professional personas and use cases.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet needs.
- Partner with product, GTM, analytics, and other PMM teams to shape the product roadmap and advocate for customer needs.
- Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams, such as B2B PMM marketing, business model strategy, finance, product, program management, pricing ops, etc.
- 8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate with the intended audience, especially executives.
- Proven success in driving and completing complex initiatives such as product launches.
- Proven success in driving cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to handle complex, highly cross-functional projects in a highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to work with technical teams - can help translate business requirements into technical requirements.
