Project Manager 5

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the industry
• Proven ability to manage global projects, track progress, and report results across cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with experience developing executive summaries and facilitating meetings across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, Japan)
  

Duties:
Provide assistance and project management support for the Sr. Director of WW Go to Market and her staff. Help organize projects, manage information flow, and track commitments. Key attributes include a strong willingness to help and support, and the ability to cope in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key responsibilities include diverse management tasks and coordinating special projects as outlined.

• Project manage our VIP Marketplace program. This includes:
• Project managing and tracking:
  • Platform capability launches and
  • Launched capabilities with Resellers globally who are launching these capabilities.
• Work with Adobe’s cloud services group to track capability launches.
• Work with a global reseller team responsible for reseller execution.
• Attend cross-functional team meetings to capture key milestones.
• Report on and present progress on both workstreams.
• Prepare executive summaries on project status.

Skills:

• Project management skills to track global operations and report on progress.
• Strong leadership working with large cross-functional teams to facilitate meetings.
• Ability to develop executive communications and summaries.
• Reporting on results and progress.
• Good work ethic and flexible schedule needed for meetings in other geos outside of NA, including EMEA, Japan, and APAC.
• Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under critical deadlines and manage workload with little direction.
• Project management experience required.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the industry.
