About The Role:
We are looking for a talented Market Research & Insights Analyst (Contract) to support the marketing team. What You'll Be Doing:
- Primary Research – Designing, programming, and deploying surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey to gather critical intelligence.
- Analytics – Leveraging data analytics platforms and advanced Excel skills to analyze complex datasets.
- Socialize and Communicate – Developing and distributing actionable insights from primary and secondary research; creating dashboards and PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Using AI Actively to Streamline Research – Building and using agentic workflows to enhance the speed of research and insight generation.
- Project Management
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
What We Need To See:
Education & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a consumer insights or market research role, either client-side or supplier-side.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, Psychology, Data Analytics, Market Research/Marketing, or a related field.
- A self-starter who loves creatively solving problems in fast-paced environments.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to use a wide range of formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with specialized analytics platforms such as Display or similar tools.
- Demonstrated experience creating interactive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data.
- Practical experience coding surveys in platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or equivalent tools.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations.
- Knowledge and experience with AI-powered analytics and/or insights tools.
- Experience working with and analyzing unstructured data, such as survey open-ended responses.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with additional analytics or BI tools (Python, R, SPSS, etc.).
