JOB TITLE: Contracts Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the General Counsel and support the legal department in various capacities, with a special focus on contract review and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies. Assist in negotiating contract terms with external parties.
- Support the contract lifecycle management process, including tracking contract milestones, deadlines, and renewals. Maintain organized records of legal documents and contracts.
- Assist in identifying legal risks in contracts and provide recommendations to mitigate those risks. Work closely with General Counsel to address complex issues.
- Help ensure that the company complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
- Provide general support to the General Counsel on a variety of legal matters, including corporate governance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation support.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, HR, sales teams) to address legal questions and provide advice on contractual obligations.
- May act as first point of contact for the legal department.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on contract law. Experience in a corporate legal environment is a plus.

- Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software is a plus.
