What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Associate/Driver position at Ursa Group?
Ursa Group is an established Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages in Birmingham, Alabama. We are a DSP with a proven track record of fantastic performance expanding in to Brimingham. Our Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We are looking for dynamic, safe and customer focused associates to work with our exceptional team!
Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!
3-4 day work week, shifts are available 7 days per week. 1 weekend day required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- SAFELY drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
- Willing to work at least one weekend day
Compensation & Benefits

Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be over 21
