- Role: Medical Assistant
- Location/Type: Jefferson County, CO Travel Role Field-based
- Pay: $31/hour
- Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, weekdays
- Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms
- Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits
- Focus on preventive care, not urgent care
- Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits
- Support seniors and families in their homes
- Document visits using modern EMR tools
- 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
- Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
- Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Open to travel throughout Colorado and nearby states as needed
- Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
- Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
- Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
- $31/hour pay

- Home visits will start in Jefferson County, CO
- Travel may extend throughout Colorado based on patient needs
- Occasional nearby-state travel may be required based on coverage needs
- Mobile field role with EMR charting
