This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care while also supporting a collaborative medical team. You’ll play an important part in delivering quality care and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform blood draws and collect urine samples
- Conduct urinalysis (UA) testing and semen analysis
- Support laboratory functions in a moderate-complexity clinic lab
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned
- Help support other areas of the clinic as needed

Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call hours
- Half day off each week
- Early Fridays ending at 4:00 PM

- Catered lunch, breakfast or snack approximately 2-3 days per week
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Phlebotomy or clinical lab experience preferred
- Completion of an MLT program or equivalent (2-year program) is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including blood draws
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Medical Lab Technician/Lab Supervisor and the Director of Nursing/Clinical Operations.
