About the Role
Urology Clinics of North Texas (UCNT) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our Director of Business Operations at our Dallas corporate office.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting vendor coordination, compliance tracking, and operational programs across a growing multi-location healthcare organization.
What You’ll Do
Vendor & Operational Support
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Track vendor performance and maintain accurate records
- Assist with procurement activities including pricing comparisons and vendor selection
Compliance & Documentation
- Support regulatory documentation and Texas Medical Board requirements
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance across programs and initiatives
- Maintain organized records and documentation systems
Project & Program Coordination
- Track timelines and support cross-functional operational projects
- Assist with fellowship documentation, reporting, and renewals
- Support program coordination across departments
Administrative & Analytical Support
- Assist with service line pricing and operational reporting
- Support business insurance documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows

Qualifications:Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or clinical support
- Prior clinical experience preferred (e.g., Medical Assistant, Clinical Coordinator, Surgical Scheduler, etc.)
- Urology or oncology experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vendor management and contract coordination
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and accreditation processes
- Experience supporting multi-site physician practices
