Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and monitor HR metrics to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Qualifications
- Certification: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.

Pay: $52,133.28 - $62,784.16 per year
