What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgery Scheduler position at Urologic Specialists?
Urologic Specialists of Oklahoma is seeking a Fulltime Surgery Scheduler. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Greets patients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Respects and maintains patient confidentiality.
- Remains calm under pressure and handles difficult situations tactfully.
· Must be able to handle large daily call volumes.
· Must be able to work within multiple systems
· Coordinate surgery w/patients and physician staff with multiple hospitals
· Manage the scheduling of any assistant surgeon and outside resources
Qualifications:
· Certifications: High School Diploma
· Preferred Experience: Surgery Scheduling
· Must pass pre-employment examination.
